We are pleased to introduce our fixed rate Home Extension Packages, ensuring no unforeseen charges/expenses and peace of mind to our clients:-

A combination of extensions would be subject to reduced fees.

1. Home extensions – max 60 sq.m. £950* (fee increase to larger projects – quote on request)
   • Survey & Production of Existing plans
   • Liaise with and produce documentation for statuary approvals.
   • Planning Permission Consent.
   • Building Regulation Approval.
2. Loft/Basement conversions (within permitted development). £700*
   • Survey & Production of Existing plans
   • Liaise with and produce documentation for statuary approvals.
   • Building Regulation Approval
3. Home extensions (within permitted development). £700*
   • Survey & Production of Existing plans
   • Liaise with and produce documentation for statuary approvals.
   • Building Regulation Approval
4. Residential Development Feasibility study. £700
   • Feasibility study on any site up to 5000 sq.m. (fee increase to larger sites – quote on request).
   • Site layout plan 1:500.
   • No’s & property unit size (floor area).
   • Submit a pre-planning submission plan check to the local authority for informal views/recommendations.

Permitted development rights are individual to each dwelling, dependent on location and project particulars; visit the link and choose which project relates to your development.

*Note: Fixed rates do not apply to listed buildings or properties within designated areas.

Prices do not include statuary approval application fees or other associated consultant fees, i.e. Structural Engineer.

Fees detailed over are for drawing and approvals only, no involvement on site during construction.

Any additional or unforeseen work which the client wishes Cero to carry out will be charged at a pre-agreed hourly rate.

For a full appointment including project co-ordination, preparing and issue of tender invites and management of a construction contract additional fees will apply.

Further projects fees would be subject to our standard fee guide; these can be provided on request.
